Sometimes if you are looking for the right job or career opportunity it might mean getting into the proper training program to learn a new marketable skill.  Some training programs are made to be short-term, which could mean a 2, 3, 4 or 5 weeks of time invested studying and learning a new trade.  Other more complex training such as learning to be a licensed Electrician, usually takes 4 years or more. Make some short and long term goals with your job and training search and it will pay off in the long run.
